"great size and construction. wheels are excellent. the removable toiletry bag has its connection pieces which remain in the way and is irritating if your not using the toiletry bag. Telescoping handle does not work as advertised. Trying to determine if it was actually damaged or was how it was designed was impossible to do speaking with the "customer support", which was to put it lightly, abysmal. I spoke with and agent who identified themselves as Manuel and he couldn't have been less helpful. Prob not his fault. an accurate reflection of the values of this company. Prob recently acquired by investment bankers. Finally, I went back to the website and had to watch the video to verify the telescoping handle was not working properly. Filling out the return/repair form is way more difficult that it should be. Prob another barrier to actually giving support. also, the receipt is almost unusable. . . . they essentially didn't send one. it was difficult to finally arrive at something I would call a typical receipt and even then, that was a stretch. . . . def not liking dealing with this co at this point"

Feather light feel even with

"Feather light feel even with the telescoping handle. Bought this for carry-on underseat use, because I need wheels at this point in my life. Capacity as I expected for the size with the option to remove the hanging toiletries pouch-- removing it makes the bag weigh even less. Not sure yet If I will use it. Overall, I am very happy at the light weight when every pound makes a difference. The only sort of negative is the trolley strap sits high and if this is stacked on my other suitcase using the trollet sleeve it barely overlaps the handle on my spinner. I knew this before buying, so it was expected. I think best use is as the wheeled bag with a tote or bag with trolley sleeve on top. Overall, a beautiful. bag that doesn't tip forward when I filled it. That is a great feature!. I would definitely buy this again!"

My top love for this

"My top love for this compact rolling case is that in most airlines, it will smoothly roll right up under the seat in front of me. It just glides up under and out easily. It also has an amazing amount of room for such a small case. I have used it on international trips and with all its pouches and zipper parts, stuffed paperwork as well as electronic equipment and travel gifts for home with adequate room. This is my second one. The first is still going strong. I highly recommend it!"

I love all the pockets

"I love all the pockets and details to this luggage. I’m excited to use it because I believe it will give me good access to what I need while traveling. I think the next best thing would be if the main compartment had a TSA lock like the next size larger bag has, but the zippers are ready for a lock, so that’s good. I just feel better having it locked with my computer inside when I need to leave it at luggage at the hotel."

Doesn’t fit under the seat

"I bought this specifically to fit under the seat but even in premium economy on a Delta flight it didn’t fit. It’s a nice bag so will use it in the overhead bin because it’s light enough to lift."

Fits a lot

"Got this as a gift for my husband who travels for work. Sometimes he goes for only 1-2 nights and this was the perfect size for holding all his work and gym clothes, toiletries, etc. The different organization pockets are super helpful. Very smooth wheels even though they don’t spin 360. Long enough handle for his 6’3” height. Love that this fits under a seat but lightweight for lifting up to a bin. I plan on borrowing it!"
