Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I have an issue when a heavy piece of luggage that has to be lifted and lowered into an overhead bin has no second handle anywhere… only the top handle so you have to grab the side with your flat other hand with nothing to really grip. Also, the wheels cause the bag to swivel quite a bit and it doesn’t glide smoothly through the airport without a lot of redirection and management. It doesn’t seem to have great wheels."
